CUEREN SAMCHEONG

CUEREN Samcheong is a signature store located in Samcheong-dong, one of the most traditional and culturally rich neighborhoods in Seoul. The store focuses on a concept that embraces a modern aesthetic while maintaining a distinctly Korean identity. Inspired by KIWA, the store’s exterior features metal layers, while the interior includes Barrisol lighting that evokes traditional Korean windows, “Changho,” and brass finishes inspired by traditional Korean tableware, “Not.” These elements collectively reinterpret Korean beauty in a modern context.

At AKODE, we were involved from the concept stages, designing the entire space’s signage, store graphics, catalogs, event invitations, customer gifts, and various printed collaterals.
